Sydney Swans defender Harry Cunningham will return to the VFL side for its clash against Casey at Tramway Oval on Saturday afternoon.
Cunningham has been sidelined with a foot injury since the pre-season and will play his first game of the 2025 season on Saturday.
The Swans veteran is one of five changes, with Captain Nick Shipley named in the midfield after missing the past two weeks through injury.
Ollie Florent has been named in the midfield, while VFL-listed players Joe Harrison and Tom Ryan will also feature.
Caleb Mitchell comes out of the team, after being named in the Swans' AFL team to take on Adelaide on Saturday night, while VFL-listed players Tom Hitchens and Byron Laws have been omitted.
VFL-listed players Tom Longmire and Caleb McDonald will miss the match through injury.
Draftee Jesse Datoli has been named in his second game for the year, after he played modified minutes last week, and
The Swans VFL side will face the Casey Demons at Tramway Oval on Saturday, ahead of Sydney's game against the Crows at the SCG.
Casey will enter the match off a 71-point victory against the Northern Bullants, and Swans VFL head coach Jarrad McVeigh said he was expecting a tough contest.
"We know they're a really well-drilled team, they had a big win on the weekend, and clearly, we saw the way the AFL played last week, so we won't be expecting any different," McVeigh said.
"They've changed the way they play a little bit, we're looking to have a consistent performance, and that's what we're aiming to try and teach the boys and to learn and just nail our roles and give ourselves the best opportunity."
McVeigh said he hoped to see lots of red and white at Tramway Oval ahead of the seniors' match.
"We always do (get a lot of fans out to watch) and a lot of the fans love and are so invested in our AFL boys, our new draftees and how they're tracking," McVeigh said.
"There's always a great turnout leading into the seniors game, and I've got no doubt they'll be there again to cheer our boys on and hopefully put in a really strong performance."
